Job Title: Supervisor / Sales Assistant

Location: Lagos

Job Description

Issue ticket for customer product ticket for purchase
Record daily sales in system
Ensuring stock levels are well maintained
Help drive the business in the department by ensuring the availability of all range of product both in prescribed quality and quantity.
Providing customers with information on pricing and product availability
Assisting customers in order to help them find what they need
To achieve department budgeted sales and profit target
Promotion of new products or special offers
Strong Product Knowledge Skills
Ensure that the work area and equipment are cleaned before / after use and through the day
Ensure that standard personal hygiene is maintained in line with company laid-down/stipulated guidelines
Handling customer complaints or handing customers on to management

Qualifications

OND qualification or equivalent
Must be female
1-3 years’ sales experience
Must stay around Awoyaya axis
Must be computer literate AND have knowledge of Point of Sales (POS) system to sell items
Must be very honest and physically presentable
