Roles and responsibilities
- Provide technical operations support to Hydrocarbon Management Systems internal stakeholders (especially Commercial Operations, Shipping & Export, Asset teams, etc.)
- Support development of new crude handling agreements (CHA) and gas sales agreements (GSA), including negotiation of renewals, and operationalizing them.
- Manage operations interfaces with third party injection and shipping & export, gas sales, etc.
- Demonstrate Corporate commitment to high HSE performance standards in day-to-day interaction and activities with various stakeholders, including external parties.
- Maintain Overview of Current Integrated Oil and Gas Supply Network issues.
- Act as operations focal point for gas sales agreement discussions.
- Build and maintain good business relationships with internal and external stakeholders involved in production allocation/reconciliation and reporting process (including DPR, third Party Crude Injectors, gas sales customers, Joint Venture partners etc.) that interface with Production Services
Qualification and Experience
- Minimum HND with 8-10 years experience in EP production operations & maintenance.
- Work experience 8- 10 years experience
- In-depth knowledge of fiscal measurement, hydrocarbon allocation and production reconciliation processes especially with third party production injection.
- Third party interface management, experience including regulatory bodies will be an added advantage
- Excellent communication and inter-personal skills at various levels.
