Job Title: Reliability Engineer Onshore
Job Roles and Responsibilities
Manage the organization to implement the Reliability engineering assurance standards and activities in assigned existing assets and new projects
Coordination and management of reliability engineering activities in SCiN, including:
Driving the implementation of equipment failure avoidance assurance activities
Raise visibility and coach use of failure avoidance measures
Identify and support procurement of tools necessary for failure avoidance activities
Develop and drive processes to facilitate failure avoidance assurance activities
Analysis of persistent and/or prevalent equipment failures and provision of remedial solutions
Development of reliability engineering competence and capability in staff, both in Asset and Corporate maintenance teams
Provision of assurance of reliability engineering standards compliance in projects and existing assets work practices
Manage budget requirements for reliability engineering activities in assigned Assets
Coordinate and manage the reliability engineering activities in the assigned Assets
Facilitate high impact/critical RCAs in the Assets in line with OE 19 & 21
Facilitate ORIP implementation in the Assets in line with OE 21
Monitor & report closeout of action items in ORIP database
Drive and coach monthly ORIP Meetings
Consolidate KPI input from Asset Reliability Engineers and report at Corporate level
Feed consolidated data into ORIP process
Facilitate implementation of plant maintenance optimizations using RCM, REM and other similar tools in line with OE 17
Provide technical / reliability input to PMO
Facilitate PMO workshops as required
Drive and assure quality implementation of RCM in projects
Prioritize and drive TR related OE / TR review findings to support improvement across Assets
Provide support and training to Reliability Engineers on Reliability and TR tools and methods
Work with Condition Monitoring team to develop a standard Corporate approach for presentation of reliability data
Provide input to and participate in OE Reviews and benchmarking exercises
Drive the transfer of learning and best practices across assets group in SCiN on rotating equipment health surveillance and reliability engineering management

Qualifications
A University degree in Engineering Discipline with a minimum of 8 years experience in the Oil & Gas Production Engineering discipline
At least 5 years spent in the Maintenance discipline, particularly in Rotating equipment engineering as a Team Leader.
Incumbent must have good interpersonal relationship and leadership skills to achieve a customer buy-in in to his decisions
