Roles and responsibilities
- Oversee and carryout Verification Processes and Hardware Barrier Assessment program in SPDC.
- Facilitate / Participate in Verification and Hardware Barrier Assessment activities.
- Development Communication Plan
- Serve as technical advisors to the Assets/Districts
- Act as trouble shooters to identify and remove barriers and obstacles that could impede progress
- Train and facilitate the HBA/RCA process in Asset /District Teams/TAs
- Assist with implementing and tracking Maintenance and Integrity KPIs
- Utilise Effectively the M&I Dashboard to monitor KPIs and Compliance Figures.
- Participate actively in OE Reviews both internal and external.
Qualification and Experience
- Technical graduate with 5+ years experience in the oil and gas industry
- Work experience 5 -7 years experience
- Proven understanding of maintenance management systems and asset integrity process safety management processes.
- Completion of comprehensive Change Agent academy training.
- Proven change capacity, catalyst for change and ability to drive and embed new ways of working to deliver business improvement gains.
- Proven Skills in Leadership Role.
