A well established corporate existence in Nigeria seek to employ dynamic, discipline, result oriented and highly motivated individuals to fill the under listed positions.

1.) Architect

The ideal candidate should have:

At least B.Sc in Architecture from a reputable institution within or outside Nigeria.
Must have built a career spanning a minimum of 8 years in architectural practice.
Should have an excellent knowledge of Architectural Softwares.
Must have the ability to work with minimum supervision.
Be a team player.
Registration with professional bodies will be an added advantage.
Knowledgeable in project management and project supervision.
Prepared to work in Niger Delta Area.

2.) Civil & Structural Engineer

B.Sc or HND in Civil Engineering from a reputable institution.
At least 8 years working experience as a Civil Engineer.
Must be computer literate.
Must be strong team player.
Knowledgeable in project management and project supervision.
Prepared to work in Niger Delta Area.

3.) Quantity Surveyor

B.Sc or HND in Quantity purveying from a reputable institution.
Should be able to prepare Bills of quantities.
Should be able to prepare certificate of completion for construction works.
Should be conversant with current market price for labour and building materials.
Read and interpret architectural, structural, mechanical and electrical drawings.
Must be able to produce1result with minimum supervision.
Must be strong team player.
Should have at least 8 years working experience.
Knowledgeable in project management and project supervision.
Prepared to work in Niger Delta Area.

To whom it may concern,

I am a Part 1 Architect with a BA(Hons), currently in my 4th year of study to becoming a qualified Architect. Currently i am working for one of the largest privately owned civil engineering companies in the UK, where i am gaining a great deal of experience and knowledge of running a project. This has led to being given more responsibilities and with my qualifications in first aid been left to manage the site alone. This has been helpful experience while studying an MSc in Construction Project Management.
I am very interested in being involved in an Architectural position to further my understanding the career.
