Graduate/MBA in Diploma in Mass Communication/HR Management with 8-10 years experience in similar role.

2.) Assistant Personnel Manager(ABJ/002)
Graduate or MBA with 8-10 years’ experience in the similar role

3.) Security Officers (ABJ/003)
Graduate with 5-10 years experience in related field. Preferably ex-serviceman

4.) Safety Officer (ABJ/004)
Any Graduate (Diploma in Safety Management with 5 years experience. Experience In Steel Industry will be an added advantage.

5.) Time Keeper (ABJ/005)
Graduate with 2-5 years experience In time keeping, maintenance of leave records.

6.) Environmental Officer (ABJ/006)

High School with 5.10 years’ experience in driving and must have valid driving license. Should possess knowledge of local geographical routes.

8.) Nurse (ABJ/008)
High School or any degree in nursing with 5-10 years’ experience in nursing in any hospital.

9.) Security Guards (ABJ/009)
High School with 5-10 years experience in related field. Ex-serviceman preferred.

10.) Crane Mill Operator (ABJ/010)
High School with 8-10 years of experience. in operating EOT and/or mobile cranes.

11.) Main Pulpit Operators (ABJ/011)
Interprets figures from a set sheet, and inputs new diameters, speeds, parameters and records the same via the computer keyboard.
ITI or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, BSc with 3 to 5 years for Diploma/BSc and 15 years and above for ITI in charge

Higher Secondary School or Graduate in any field with 3-5 years experience

13.) FGCrane Operator (2+1) (ABJ/013)

High School with 5-8 years In FG bundling areas. Candidates with electricallelectronic background shall be preferred.

High School with 5-8 years of experience, in operating EOT and/or mobile cranes. Candidates with Steel plant experience shall be preferred.

High School with 5.8 years of experience, in operating EOT and/or mobile cranes. Candidates with Steel plant experience shall be preferred.
