GDC is part of the Genesis Group, a Nigerian based conglomerate established in 1991 with its key focus on hospitality. The Genesis Deluxe brand and company was launched onto the Nigeria market in 2008 in Lagos. Since then, Genesis Deluxe Cinemas has grown to 3 cinemas with 15 screens and over 2000 seats. By the month of December 2011, the company had served over 50 million customers. Genesis Deluxe Cinemas has cinemas located in Lagos, Port Harcourt and Vibrant Enugu. Our strategy to continue to grow in all major cities of the country will have us opening in more locations.

We are recruiting to fill the position of:

Job Title: Cinema Team Supervisor

Location: Delta

Responsibilities

• Assist in supervising opening and closing of food service operation
• Assist in the supervision, scheduling of staff and gives input with evaluating, and disciplining of all Food
• Maintains effective communication with managers, fellow supervisors, subordinates and all other co workers
• Assists in the supervision of organization and sanitation of hall, kitchen, storage areas, and loading dock
• Ensures proper portioning of foods, attractive plate presentation and service of required diets for meals, nourishment and snacks
• Satisfies guests and staff with services.

Qualification and Requirements

• Good communication skills
• Minimum of HND with one or two working experience
• Candidate should be able to work with little or no supervision
• Candidate should be energetic and dynamic
• Candidate should have good reporting skills
• Candidate should pay attention to detail
• Candidate should have good interpersonal abilities
• Candidate should be able to work with a team
