Background
We seek a strategic, results-driven Sales and Marketing Manager to lead and align our sales and marketing efforts across our diverse brands.
Purpose of the Role
The Sales and Marketing Manager will be responsible for designing and executing innovative marketing and sales strategies to drive revenue growth, increase brand visibility, enhance customer engagement, and position Hole19 Group's brands (Zakaa, Perfume Privé, and Golfing Materials) as market leaders.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic Leadership:
Develop and execute comprehensive sales and marketing plans for each business unit in alignment with the overall group strategy.
Lead market research initiatives to identify trends, competitive analysis, and customer insights for product and service positioning.
Champion brand development, ensuring consistency across all touchpoints.
Sales Management:
Build, lead, and motivate a high-performing sales team to meet and exceed revenue targets.
Establish partnerships with corporate clients, influencers, and channel partners to expand market reach.
Negotiate and close strategic sales deals while maintaining profitable margins.
Marketing Execution:
Design and oversee integrated marketing campaigns across digital, social media, outdoor, in-store, PR, and events.
Plan and manage advertising and promotional budgets efficiently.
Coordinate brand activations, product launches, and exclusive events to build brand loyalty.
Ensure an exceptional online and offline customer experience that drives engagement and loyalty.
Collaborate with creative, media, and PR agencies to ensure consistent brand messaging.
Key Deliverables
Sales growth targets achieved quarterly and annually.
Increased brand awareness and market share across all business units.
Successful rollout of marketing campaigns and events with measurable impact.
Expansion of customer base and enhancement of customer lifetime value.
Development of a performance-driven marketing and sales team.
Qualifications and Experience
Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field (MBA is an advantage).
5–8 years' proven experience in sales and marketing management, preferably within the luxury, retail, hospitality, or lifestyle sectors.
Strong understanding of brand management, customer engagement, and digital marketing.
Experience in leading teams, budget management, and achieving sales targets.
Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Innovative, strategic thinker with strong analytical capabilities.
Passion for luxury, lifestyle brands, and creating exceptional customer experiences.
