The Company is seeking an experienced Trade Marketing Manager (Activation) to develop a go to market strategy with activation experience to drive brand awareness, visibility, sales growth, and strategic partnerships across retail channels. The core focus are open market, modern trade and HoReCa. The ideal candidate will leverage expertise in in-store activations, data-driven insights, and cross-functional collaboration to align trade strategies with business objectives. This role requires a professional with a proven track record in executing high-impact campaigns, managing vendor relationships, and optimizing ROI through innovative trade programs.
Design and execute in-store promotions, product launches, and BTL campaigns (e.g., pop-ups, POS displays) to enhance brand visibility and drive sales.
Develop point-of-sale materials (e.g., signage, displays) tailored to target audiences and retail partners.
Collaborate with vendors to ensure seamless execution of activations and adherence to brand guidelines.
Market Analysis & Insights:
Analyze sales data, consumer trends, and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth.
Translate insights into actionable strategies (e.g., bundled promotions, loyalty programs) to optimize trade marketing ROI.
Vendor & Stakeholder Management:
Build and maintain relationships with retail partners, distributors, and internal stakeholders (e.g., sales, supply chain) to align on trade strategies.
Monitor vendor performance against KPIs and provide feedback for improvement.
Budget & Performance Tracking:
Propose and manage activation budget to ensure efficient allocation and maximum ROI.
Track activation performance (e.g., sales uplift, engagement metrics) and report findings to senior leadership.
Cross-Functional Collaboration:
Partner with sales teams to support trade activities (e.g., promotional materials, in-store training).
Align with brand teams to maintain consistency in messaging and visual identity.
Requirements
Education:
At least Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
Experience:
7+ years in trade marketing, brand activation, or a related field (FMCG, alcohol, or retail preferred).
Proven success in in-store activations, campaign execution, and vendor management.
Preferred Qualifications:
Industry Experience: FMCG, alcohol beverages, or retail sectors.
Certifications: Advanced analytics tools or project management frameworks.
Skills:
Data Analysis: Proficiency in Excel or Power BI for interpreting sales trends and ROI.
Strategic Thinking: Ability to design activition activities aligned with consumer insights and market dynamics.
Management: Excellent project management skills
Communication: Strong interpersonal skills to engage retailers, vendors, and internal teams.
Budget Management: Strong experience in allocating, tracking, and managing trade marketing budgets.
