Job Summary
The ideal candidate Job is:

• To provide technical / service support to customers.
• To manage all on site installation, service and repairs.
• To educate users on right application and use.
• To promote products and improve sale of the company by supporting team in conducting trials at customer end, offering technical support and services.

Responsibilities

• Adheres to all company policies, procedures and business ethics codes and ensures that they are communicated and implemented within the team.
• Duties include the following, measurable in terms of time, cost, quality or quantity.
• Day to Day Management - To travel across the territory and if required, in various region across Nigeria as per the plan given by FRT/ART to provide technical and service support to customers.
• To do proper diagnosis and identify errors or technical problem at the site and advise for effective solutions.
• To educate customer team on proper usage of machine and equipment.
• To prepare and submit timely detailed service reports.
• Customer Relationship -To develop positive relations with customer team and sustain business by periodic customer meeting and conducting various customer training on right use and care for equipment.
• To facilitate FRT/ART in building accurate profiling for the customer to explore new business opportunities and right product promotion.
• Key Accounts – To focus actively on Key Accounts and seek support from various functional team/management where appropriate to ensure prompt solution to their satisfaction.
• Sales Growth - To assess the various information tools, identify business opportunities and pinpoint bottleneck areas to further increase sales volume, market share and profitability.
• Reporting - To prepare all applicable reports in time for accuracy and in order to ensure that they match the functional requirements, policies and standards.
• Related Assignment - To perform other related duties or assignment as and when assigned.

Requirements

• Electrical / Electronic Diploma or Degree with 2 - 3 Years or more experience in similar field.
• Well exposed to service and repairs knowledge of dosing pumps, motors and other equipment
• Excessive travelling is required in and around Nigeria.
• As per the need of the business the job is transferrable and posting can be made anywhere in Nigeria/West Africa.

Salary
N200,000 Monthly.
