Job Title: Digital Marketer

Location: Adeniyi Jones, Ikeja - Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Description

• The Digital Marketer is responsible for developing, implementing, and managing marketing campaigns that promote a company's products or services online. 
• They play a key role in enhancing brand awareness, driving traffic to the company's website, and generating leads or sales.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and execute all digital marketing campaigns, including SEO/SEM, email marketing, social media, and online advertising
• Manage and grow the company’s social media presence across platforms like Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, and Twitter
• Create engaging and creative content for different online platforms
• Monitor and analyse website traffic and online campaigns
• Optimise content for the website and social networking channels
• Identify trends and insights and optimise performance based on data
• Collaborate with internal teams to create landing pages and optimise user experience
• Manage marketing budgets and ensure ROI
• Stay up to date with the latest digital marketing trends and best practices

Educational Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field
• Professional certifications (Google Digital Marketing, Meta Blueprint Certification, HubSpot, etc.) are an advantage.

Experience:

• 2 - 4 years of proven experience in digital marketing or a related field
• Experience managing social media pages and online advertising campaigns
• Portfolio or case studies showing successful digital campaigns.

Other Requirements:

• Must be highly organised and able to multitask
• Must be result-driven and highly creative
• A background check may be required.

Required Skills:

• Strong knowledge of SEO, Google Ads, and Social Media Advertising
• Proficiency in tools like Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, and email marketing software
• Content creation and copywriting skills
• Graphic design skills (Canva, Adobe Photoshop, etc. are a plus)
• Video editing skills (optional but an added advantage)
• Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking
• Creativity and problem-solving abilities
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
