Job Title: Property Management Sourcing Manager
Location: Lagos
Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Property Management Sourcing Manager to oversee and optimize sourcing and procurement processes for property-related goods and services.
The ideal candidate will manage vendor relationships, negotiate contracts, ensure cost-effectiveness, and align sourcing activities with company objectives across multiple property portfolios.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic Sourcing:
Develop and execute sourcing strategies for facilities, maintenance services, utilities, and property improvement projects.
Analyze market trends and pricing benchmarks to identify cost-saving opportunities.
Vendor & Contract Management:
Identify, evaluate, and onboard vendors for property management needs (e.g., cleaners, security, landscapers, maintenance contractors).
Negotiate service-level agreements (SLAs), pricing, and terms in alignment with property performance goals.
Conduct regular vendor performance reviews and compliance assessments.
Cross-functional Collaboration:
Partner with property managers, operations teams, legal, and finance departments to align sourcing goals with operational requirements.
Coordinate procurement support for new property acquisitions, renovations, or expansions.
Cost Optimization & Budget Control:
Monitor and manage sourcing budgets, ensuring cost efficiency while maintaining quality standards.
Implement cost control and contract compliance measures to avoid overspending.
Risk & Compliance Management:
Ensure all vendors meet company, legal, and regulatory requirements.
Manage insurance, licensing, and safety compliance across service providers.
Data & Reporting:
Maintain accurate records of contracts, expenditures, and procurement KPIs.
Prepare regular reports for senior management on sourcing performance, cost savings, and risk exposure.
Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Real Estate, or a related field.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in sourcing, procurement, or vendor management—preferably in property/facility management.
Strong negotiation and contract management skills.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Proficiency in procurement software and tools (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Coupa, Procore, or similar).
Knowledge of property operations and vendor compliance requirements.
Preferred Skills:
Certification in Supply Chain or Procurement (e.g., CIPS, CPSM)
Experience in real estate, hospitality, or large facility management
Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously
Analytical thinking and data-driven decision-making skills
