Job Title: Receptionist

Location: Ikoyi, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Key Responsibilities

• Greet and attend to guests in a friendly and professional manner.
• Maintain records of visitors and manage access control
• Answer and route incoming calls promptly and professionally
• Maintain a tidy and presentable reception area.
• Manage incoming and outgoing correspondence.
• Ensure adherence to company policies at the front desk and in reception areas
• Schedule appointments and manage meetings.
• Coordinate with internal teams for events, meetings, and general communication
• Assist with general administrative tasks as needed.
• Coordinate deliveries and dispatches.
• Ensure adherence to company policies at the front desk and reception areas
• Provide accurate information in person and via phone/email.

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor’s Degree (B.Sc.) in any relevant field
• Experience: 1–3 years of proven experience in a front desk, administrative, or customer-facing role
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
• Friendly, polished, and professional appearance
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment

Salary
N303,000 monthly.
