Job Title: Project Manager
Location: Lagos (Hybrid)
Role Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Project Manager to lead and drive the success of our creative education projects in Lagos.
As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for the end-to-end planning, execution, and delivery of multiple creative education initiatives.
Your role will be central to bridging vision with execution and ensuring all projects align with our mission to redefine education through creativity.
Roles and Responsibilities
Lead project planning sessions to define scope, deliverables, timelines, and budgets
Develop and maintain detailed project schedules and work plans
Coordinate internal teams, including educators, designers, curriculum developers, media producers, and facilitators
Monitor progress and adjust as needed to ensure timely delivery of milestones
Serve as the primary liaison between clients, partners, and internal teams to manage expectations and maintain clear communication
Identify risks, manage issues proactively, and implement mitigation strategies
Ensure the quality of project outputs by aligning them with educational standards and stakeholder objectives
Prepare and present regular project updates, status reports, and final documentation
Support the business development team in crafting proposals, timelines, and project budgets for new client engagements
Facilitate post-project reviews and document lessons learned for continuous improvemen
Required Qualifications & Experience
Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Creative Arts, Education, or a related field
5–7 years of experience in project management, preferably within the creative education sector or related industries (e.g., arts education, creative tech hubs, edtech, media training)
Demonstrated success in managing multiple simultaneous projects with tight deadlines
In-depth knowledge of the creative industry’s workflows, challenges, and innovation trends
Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and direct multidisciplinary teams
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal
Proficient in project management tools (e.g., Trello, Asana, Jira, MS Project)
PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile certification strongly preferred
Master's degree in a related field is a plus
Preferred Skills:
Ability to convert abstract creative ideas into structured project plans
Financial literacy and experience in project budgeting
Familiarity with instructional design, digital learning tools, or curriculum development
Experience working in fast-paced, collaborative, and creative environments
Passion for education and youth empowerment.
