Job Title: Projects Initiatives & Operations Support – Gas Tech Services
As Gas Tech Services (GTS) Initiatives Operations Support, you will be responsible for managing the collection, updating, monitoring, and metrics of key initiatives relevant to GTS Services, including functional cost management and supporting business initiatives related to strategic projects.
You will monitor plan execution and drive improvements in processes, tools, and alignment between other COEs, Regions, and Enterprise.
The candidate is expected to work closely with HR, Operations, and Finance.
You will be responsible for:
Driving an operating rhythm with different functions of GTS Services and COEs to update and monitor initiatives, including business priorities related to strategic workforce planning requirements, global mobility of top talent individuals (key metrics, deployment, best practice sharing, etc.).
Liaising with IET COEs and HR on implementing and monitoring metrics relevant to business growth
Partnering with key functions in to support GTS People Leaders to monitor metrics and KPIs to direct the right behaviors.
Providing reports, including regional people market intelligence to guide key functions on achieving their goals and overcoming regional challenges.
Monitoring the deployment of the operation plan and resources with a particular focus on cost stability.
Handling communication at different levels to crisply deliver critical arguments and provide useful information to make decisions quickly.
Managing key strategic programs to ensure alignment with organizational goals and drive continuous improvement across all initiatives.

Have a Solid global background in Finance, Project Management, Human Resource Operations.
Have experience with Global Mobility, relocation including immigration, International Compensation and income tax.
Capability to work cross-functionally and by initiative.
Being process-oriented and analytic-driven mindset.
Being a self-starter with a high motivation level.
Have excellent communication skills; capable of clearly articulating action plans and structured communication within the organization.
Be a team player with the ability to influence and lead cross-functional teams.
Fluency in English and good presentation skills.
