Le Dessertelier is into the making of dessert cakes and treats.

We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Secretary

Location: Ikeja, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Responsibilities

• Answering and directing phone calls: This can be a crucial first point of contact for the organization.
• Scheduling and managing appointments and meetings: Keeping calendars up-to-date and coordinating travel arrangements.
• Managing correspondence: Handling emails, letters, and other forms of communication.
• Organising files and documents: Maintaining an organized and efficient system for accessing information.
• Preparing documents and reports: Typing, formatting, and editing documents as needed.
• Taking and distributing meeting minutes: Recording discussions and actions taken during meetings.

Requirements

• SSCE / OND / HND with 0 - 2 years of experience.

Salary
N85,000 - N150,000 Monthly.
