Key Responsibilities

• Actively prospect for new clients and convert leads into actual sales.
• Develop and implement strategic sales plans to meet and exceed set targets.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure high levels of satisfaction and client retention.
• Drive the achievement of both individual and team sales objectives.

Job Requirements

• Candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree
• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in sales and marketing.
• Prior experience in the banking or financial services industry is a strong advantage.
• Sound knowledge of the Foreign Exchange (FX) market is essential.
• Familiarity with cross-border payment solutions and international trade procedures is an added advantage.
• Up-to-date knowledge of local and international financial regulations with the ability to provide client advisory.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Target-oriented and capable of performing effectively under pressure.
