Job Title: Video Producer and Motion Graphic Artist

Job Description

• We are looking for a talented and experienced Video Producer and Motion Graphics Artist to create engaging and effective visual content for our holding company and its subsidiaries. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing and producing high-quality motion graphics, videography, and video editing for various mediums, including digital, social media, web, and television.

Key Responsibilities
Video Production:

• Develop and implement video production workflows and standards
• Create scripts and content that promotes subsidiaries' businesses
• Embark on field trips to capture footage for video production
• Collaborate with the Media team to produce high-quality video content
• Edit and finalize video content for various mediums
• Develop and maintain a consistent visual brand identity across all subsidiaries and mediums
• Stay up-to-date with the latest video production trends, technologies, and software

Motion Graphics:

• Design and produce motion graphics, including animations, explainer videos, and promotional videos for our holding company and its subsidiaries
• Create post-production work, including editing and visual effects, for video content
• Develop and maintain a consistent visual brand identity across all subsidiaries and mediums
• Stay up-to-date with the latest motion graphics trends, technologies, and software

Lifestyle and Branding:

• Collaborate with the Marketing team to develop and implement branding strategies
• Create lifestyle content that showcases our company's values and mission
• Develop and maintain a consistent tone and style across all video content
• Stay up-to-date with the latest lifestyle and branding trends

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years professional experience in video editing, motion graphics, and videography
• Expert knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere Pro, After Effects, Illustrator, InDesign, Audition), 3ds Max, and other relevant software
• Must be knowledgeable about the latest video editing, motion graphics, and visual trends
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively on multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines
• Proficiency in motion graphics and video editing is a must
• Experience with 3D modeling and animation a plus
• Experience with working for an agency, post-production company, or broadcast creative team is a plus
• Ability to communicate effectively, orally and in writing
• Strong understanding of design principles, color theory, and typography
• Strong attention to detail, with a focus on delivering high-quality results

Salary Range
N200,000 - N300,000 / month.
