We are recruiting a dynamic and experienced candidate to join our Homes and Oil & Gas Divisions in the capacity below:

Job Title: Business Development Manager

Location: Abuja (FCT)
Employment Type: Full-time

Key Responsibilities
Strategy Development & Implementation:

  • Develop and execute comprehensive business strategies for both AAZIK Homes and the Oil & Gas divisions.
  • Oversee brand strategy and positioning, ensuring consistent messaging and visual identity.
  • Identify key market segments for real estate and oil products.

Lead Generation & Sales Strategy:

  • Develop strategies for customer acquisition, lead generation, and lead nurturing.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to align business development efforts with sales targets.
  • Oversee targeted campaigns for both sectors.

Digital Marketing & Online Presence:

  • Optimize websites for lead generation and conversion.
  • Manage and enhance social media presence.
  • Develop content strategies to engage the target market.

Sales Enablement & Customer Relationship Management:

  • Provide sales collateral and tools to the sales team.
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers.
  • Ensure effective use of a CRM system.

Budget Management:

  • Manage the business development budget.
  • Regularly assess campaign performance and adjust budget allocation.
  • Implement cost-effective strategies.

Data-Driven Decision Making & Analytics:

  • Conduct regular market research and use analytics tools.
  • Monitor and assess KPIs.
  • Utilize A/B testing to refine campaigns.

Team Leadership & Development:

  • Lead and inspire the business development team.
  • Identify areas for team development.
  • Regularly assess team performance and provide feedback.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in real estate/oil and gas sales/marketing.
  • Proven track record in business development and strategy implementation.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
