As we expand our market reach and elevate our brand offerings, we are seeking a talented, driven, and strategic Product, Brand & Sales Manager to join our executive team. This individual will play a key role in steering the group’s product strategy, brand identity, and commercial success.
Position Summary
The Product, Brand & Sales Manager will be responsible for overseeing the strategic development, market positioning, and sales performance of our flagship brands—Zakaa, Perfume Privé, and Hole19 Golf.
The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of luxury consumer behavior, brand storytelling, and high-end product marketing, alongside the ability to manage cross-functional teams and drive commercial performance across multiple product lines.
Key Responsibilities
Product Development & Management:
Oversee end-to-end product lifecycle management across fashion, fragrance, and lifestyle brands.
Collaborate with creative directors, designers, and suppliers to ensure product offerings align with global luxury standards.
Introduce new product lines or seasonal collections based on market trends and customer insights.
Brand Strategy & Identity:
Develop and implement comprehensive brand strategies for each subsidiary.
Ensure consistent brand messaging, aesthetics, and values across all platforms and customer touchpoints.
Spearhead campaigns that elevate brand equity and customer engagement.
Sales & Revenue Growth:
Develop and execute go-to-market strategies that drive retail and B2B sales.
Set and monitor sales targets, analyze performance data, and optimize sales funnels.
Build strategic partnerships with retailers, luxury distributors, and golf/beauty/fashion industry stakeholders.
Marketing & Communications:
Lead content development for digital campaigns, social media, PR, and events.
Coordinate with marketing teams to roll out impactful promotions and product launches.
Manage customer loyalty programs and experiential brand activations.
Team Leadership & Cross-functional Coordination:
Supervise and support sales executives, brand reps, and showroom/retail staff.
Work closely with procurement, finance, operations, and creative departments to ensure alignment of goals and timelines.
Qualifications & Competencies
Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, Luxury Brand Management, or related field; Master’s degree is an added advantage.
Minimum of 4–6 years’ experience in product, brand, or sales management, preferably within fashion, fragrance, or luxury sectors.
Strong business acumen with the ability to balance creativity and strategy.
Exceptional leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
Experience with CRM systems, digital sales tools, and market analytics platforms.
A deep appreciation for luxury branding, aesthetic detail, and customer experience.
