Job Title: Operations / Facility Supervisor

Job Description
Supervise the maintenance and repair of buildings, grounds, equipment and other asset in the company’s facility.
Drive service excellence through service delivery and innovation whilst maintaining compliance within health, safety, and sustainability activities.
Ensure PPMs are conducted and properly coordinated on all company’s facility and equipment/assets.
Oversee and facilitate toolbox meetings on-site.
Oversee waste management, garbage collection, product delivery and other operations
Monitoring equipment and machinery to ensure that they are in good working conditions.
Manage unplanned maintenance, repair, and recovery for the facility as required within the shortest possible time.
Oversee the daily operation of facility equipment and systems.
Follow-up on timelines to ensure periodic services such as generator, all production equipment, electronic devices, cars in the company.
Adopt energy-saving techniques by turning off lights, putting off equipment, and use of inverter to the firm’s advantage and sourcing for other energy-saving options.
Assist with and coordinate internal office and furniture moves.
Work with the Facility Manager on special projects-related duties such as office construction and refurbishments
Manage and ensure routine fumigation of offices across the branches.
Execute other assignments as assigned by the Facility Manager.
Perform random checks on all company’s equipment and cars
Coordinate and schedule repairs and maintenance with outside contractors.
Enforce safety rules and procedures and oversee ongoing training of maintenance staff.
Inspect facilities to ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations.
Manage inventory of company’s equipment.
Coordinate construction and renovation projects as needed.
Maintain accurate facility records and prepare reports for management.
Check the premises regularly to ensure it is secure
Document lost and found items
Record and report emergencies
Supervise the employees within your department
Hire contractors for equipment installation and repairs
Evaluate existing facility systems and operations
Identify prompt technical problems within existing operational equipment in the company
Carry out inspections of all company’s facility to ensure maximum output
Participate in emergency planning
Manage relationships with contractors and service providers
Keep maintenance logs and report on daily activities
Ensure health and safety policies are complied with
Manage company issued coupons for operational Vehicles.
Coordinate and oversee daily fleet operations, ensuring efficiency and compliance.
Schedule and manage regular vehicle maintenance and inspections.
Monitor and control fleet-related expenses, including fuel and maintenance costs.
Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal transportation regulations.
Maintain accurate records of vehicle usage, maintenance, and driver qualifications.
Train and supervise fleet drivers and maintenance personnel.
Evaluate fleet performance and recommend improvements for operational efficiency.
Qualifications
B.Sc. in Estate Management, Engineering, or any related field.
Between 5 years of experience as an operations/Facility supervisor
Knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Power Point, Word) and Facility Management Enabled Software will be a big plus.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a keen attention to detail.
Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively manage a diverse team.
Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
Good knowledge of building and asset maintenance practices, and relevant regulations.
