Job Summary
The Marketing Specialist at Sa'i'anwara'I'jumai Consultaire Limited (SCL) is responsible for developing and executing strategic marketing initiatives to promote SCL’s agro-allied products, training programs, and services.
The role requires a results-driven individual with strong leadership, analytical, and creative skills to enhance brand visibility, drive sales, and foster business growth.
Develop and implement comprehensive marketing plans aligned with SCL’s business objectives.
Identify target markets and create tailored marketing campaigns to reach potential customers, farmers, and stakeholders.
Lead the development of branding strategies to enhance the visibility and reputation of SCL.
Oversee the execution of digital and traditional marketing strategies, including social media, content marketing, print media, and events.
Develop a structured local organic market to ensure sustainable market access for agro-allied products.
Establish and expand international organic market routes for global brand recognition and increased export opportunities.
Drive brand development that represents our composite market for our family agropreneurs, ensuring alignment with SCL’s mission and values.
Sales & Business Development Support:
Collaborate with the sales team to develop lead generation strategies and conversion tactics.
Identify new business opportunities, partnerships, and market expansion initiatives.
Monitor sales trends and customer feedback to optimize marketing strategies.
Support the development of sales materials, presentations, and proposals.
Leadership & Management:
Lead and motivate the marketing team, ensuring clear objectives and performance metrics are set and achieved.
Conduct training and mentorship programs to enhance the skills of team members.
Foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement within the team.
Market Research & Analysis:
Conduct thorough market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and customer needs.
Utilize data analytics tools to measure the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and adjust strategies accordingly.
Provide regular reports and insights to senior management on marketing performance and market opportunities.
Brand Management & Communication:
Represent SCL at industry events, trade fairs, and conferences to promote brand awareness.
Ensure consistency in brand messaging and visual identity across all marketing channels.
Develop and manage relationships with media partners, influencers, and key industry stakeholders.
Qualifications & Requirements
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field. A master’s degree is an advantage.
Minimum of 5-8 years of experience in marketing, preferably within the agro-allied, FMCG, or related sectors.
Proven experience in leading marketing teams and managing multi-channel campaigns.
Strong knowledge of digital marketing, content creation, and brand positioning strategies.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
Proficiency in marketing software, CRM tools, and Microsoft Office Suite.
