We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Sales Manager

Location: Old Bodija - Ibadan, Oyo
Employment Type: Full-time

Responsibilities

• Achieve growth and hit sales targets by successfully managing the sales team
• Design and implement a strategic business plan that expands company’s customer base and ensure it’s strong presence in the Agro-allied Industry
• Maximizing our sales team potential, crafting sales plansand strategyzing and justifying them to reality.
• Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs
• Present sales, revenue and expenses reports and realistic forecasts to the management team
• Identify emerging markets and market shifts in the Agro-allied industry while being fully aware of new products and competition status.

Requirements

• HND / B.Sc in Business Administration or a related field
• Successful previous experience as a sales representative or sales manager, consistently meeting or exceeding targets.
• Proven excellent sales experience with agricultural product is an added advantage
• Familiar with Customer relation softwares and market analytics
• Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close
• Strong business sense and Agro- allied industry expertise
• Ability to lead a team, excellent mentoring, coaching and people management skills.

Salary
N100,000 Monthly.
