Job Description
Planning, Coordination, and Implementation of company's assigned projects and services, including Service Management (Internal and External), Brand Activation, Reporting, Reconciliation, Product Inventory, Billing and Revenue collection Communication Services on behalf of the company to respective clients.
You will be responsible for defining and review of the Company's projects and program of activities including management of allocated resources required to ensure successful deliveries, including management of related risks, 3rd party engagement and coordination.
All-in-All, you shall be responsible for all outcomes and management of all activities required for successful outcomes.
Duties & Responsibilities
Manage company's projects as well as complexity within Company program portfolio; delivery of benefits by leading project team towards achieving predetermined goals results in alignment with the company's stated strategy.
Provide project management expertise, coordinate key project work streams working with the full project life cycle following project governance processes within agreed timescales to time cost quality.
Create as well as foster a climate of adding value in delivering company's projects by striving for excellence contributing to the overall development and growth.
You would develop scope plan as well as manage company's projects through the entire life cycle ensuring delivery to time cost, quality - this includes ensuring that the solution designed and delivered or deployed is capable of enabling the business to achieve benefit realization as well as demonstrating understanding of the organizational impact of change.
You are responsible for accuracy in management as well as timely weekly reporting of assigned on-going company's project activities ranging start-up plan, go- live, brand activation, advocacy, Product Inventory, Purchasing and Supply.
You are to ensure all company's project adheres to the governance structures, scope, requirements, and delivery timelines as agreed in all project engagements.
Perform and/or supervise the acquisition as well as analysis of data to identify business problems opportunities.
Identify, evaluate as well as ensure appropriate mitigating actions and plans are in place for all project risks and issues - create an escalation procedure for implementation.
Build as well as manage relationships and engagements with stakeholders and ensuring all stakeholders views are managed towards the best solution for business areas impacted.
Lead, manage and coordinate teams’ activities and weekly performance reporting.
You are to ensure all financials are fully met as agreed in the SLAs, in terms of clients billing and reconciliation due to the company on required platforms.
You shall liaise on behalf of the company to its clients ensuring all project SLAs are fully met as agreed.
Candidates should possess relevant qualifications with 2 - 5 years of experience.
A previous experience from a Telecommunication company will be an added advantage.
Reporting:
A weekly executive dashboard-like reporting will be required for review and adoption. This reporting shall cover all our activities required to deliver expected outputs and, in most cases, how we have exceeded such expectations.
The reporting shall be inclusive of relevant detailed data and how we may have arrived at the various outcomes and recommendations. The report should also cover all activities our cost optimization plans, achievements, recommendations for service excellence, pIan and approach and importantly strategies required for long-term sustainable growth and cost efficiencies.
It also covers areas requiring technological tools for transformation, automation and seamless control and monitoring.
