Job Title: Marketing and Business Growth Specialist

Location: Maryland, Lagos

Reports to: Head of Marketing & Operations/CEO

Job Summary

• We seek a highly motivated and experienced Marketing and Business Growth Specialist to join our team at Swift Wings Jet. 
• As a private jet organization, we seek someone who can develop and execute effective marketing strategies to drive business growth, increase brand awareness, and attract new clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Implement comprehensive marketing strategies to achieve business growth objectives
• Conduct market research to identify new opportunities, trends, and competitors
• Create and manage marketing campaigns across various channels (digital, social media, events, etc.)
• Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, partners, and industry influencers
• Collaborate with the sales team to identify and pursue new business opportunities
• Analyze and report on marketing metrics to measure campaign effectiveness
• Manage and maintain the company's online presence, including website and social media
• Maintain marketing materials, including brochures, presentations, and proposals
• Identify and pursue strategic partnerships and collaborations to drive business growth

Requirements

• Master's Degree
• 3+ years of experience in marketing or business development, preferably in the aviation or luxury services industry
• Proven track record of driving business growth through effective marketing strategies
• Strong understanding of marketing principles, including segmentation, targeting, and positioning
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency in marketing software and tools, including CRM, email marketing, and social media management

Nice to Have:

• Experience in the private jet industry or luxury services
• Knowledge of aviation industry trends and regulations
• Certification in marketing or business development (e.g. HubSpot, Google Analytics).

Salary
N300,000 - N330,000 / Month.
