Job Summary

• The Busiess Development Manager will be responsible for managing and optimizing our Sales processes, ensuring efficient and effective delivery of services to our clients.
• This role will oversee various aspects of operations, including Sales of property, property management, maintenance, customer service, and administrative functions.
• The ideal candidate will have a strong sales background, excellent leadership skills, and a proven track record of driving process improvements and increasing efficiency.

Description

• We are seeking an experienced and strategic Business Development manager to oversee our day-to-day Sales operations, drive sales improvements, and contribute to the company's growth and success.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop a growth strategy focused both on financial gain and customer satisfaction
• Conduct research to identify new markets and customer needs
• Arrange business meetings with prospective clients
• Promote the company’s products/services addressing or predicting clients’ objectives
• Preparesales contractsensuring adherence to law-established rules and guidelines
• Keep records of sales and revenue.
• Provide trustworthy feedback and after-sales support
• Build long-term relationships with new and existing customers

Requirements

• BSc / BA in Business Administration, sales or a relevant field
• Proven working experience as a business development manager, sales executive, or a relevant role
• Proven sales track record
• Experience in customer support is a plus
• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software
• Market knowledge
• Communication and negotiationskills
• Ability to build rapport
• Time management and planning skills
