Job Title: Executive Assistant

Location: Gwarinpa, Abuja (FCT)

Job Summary

• We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Executive Assistant to provide top-level administrative support to our executive team. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, a strong communicator, and thrives in a fast-paced environment.
• This role requires someone who can manage multiple priorities seamlessly and maintain confidentiality at all times.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide high-level administrative support to the executive team
• Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate travel arrangements
• Prepare reports, presentations, and correspondence
• Liaise with internal teams and external stakeholders on behalf of executives
• Handle confidential information with discretion
• Support the planning and execution of company events and meetings
• Manage tasks and follow-ups to ensure deadlines are met
• Source for tech innovations and events and plan attendance and keep up with tech trends.

Requirements

• Candidates should possess a B.Sc Degree with 3 years of experience.
• Possessing a M.Sc / MBA is an added advantage.
• Previous experience working in a fintech company is a strong plus
• A valid driver’s license and ability to drive is an added advantage
• Proven experience as an Executive Assistant.
• Must be Single
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organizational and time management abilities.
• Proficiency in the use of a computer and researching.
• Ability to work independently and make sound decisions.
• Ability to travel on short or no notice.
