We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Regional Sales Lead

Locations: Abuja (FCT), Kaduna and Kano
Employment Type: Full-time

Responsibilities

• Drive revenue growth through retail and wholesale channels in your assigned region.
• Develop and execute territory-specific sales strategies aligned with national goals.
• Identify, pitch to, and onboard new distributors, stockists, and retail outlets.
• Maintain and grow relationships with key customers and partners in the region.
• Achieve monthly sales targets and provide accurate reporting on performance.
• Monitor market trends, competitors, and consumer behavior in your territory.
• Represent the brand at local trade fairs, exhibitions, and activation campaigns.
• Collaborate with the marketing and customer service teams to ensure brand consistency.
• Provide feedback to the product team on customer preferences and regional needs.
• Ensure adherence to pricing policy, trade terms, and brand standards.

Requirements

• Candidates should possess an HND / BSc Degree qualification with 3 - 5 years work experience.

Salary
N200,000 - N250,000 / month.
