Job Description

• We are seeking a strategic and results-driven Chief Operating Officer (COO) to drive operational efficiency, revenue growth, and market expansion. 
• Working closely with the CEO and TO, you will transform vision into execution, ensuring sustainable growth and a competitive market position.

Key Responsibilities

• Fundraising & Investor Relations: Lead Series A/B fundraising efforts, manage investor relationships, and ensure financial sustainability.
• Business Growth & Expansion: Develop and implement strategies to drive user adoption, revenue generation, and strategic partnerships.
• Operational Leadership: Optimize internal processes, team structures, and workflows to support scalability.
• Product & Market Alignment: Collaborate with tech, sales, and marketing teams to refine product offerings and enhance customer experience.
• Data-Driven Strategy: Leverage analytics to improve efficiency, optimize performance, and inform key business decisions.

Ideal Candidate

• Candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree in a related field.
• Experienced Leader: 5+ years in a leadership role within a startup, tech company, or real estate firm, with proven success in scaling operations.
• Growth-Oriented: Demonstrated expertise in revenue generation, market expansion, and strategic partnerships.
• Fundraising & Financial Acumen: Prior experience securing venture capital or institutional funding (Series A/B preferred).
• Tech & Product Mindset: Strong understanding of digital platforms, Saas models, and customer-centric innovation.
• Execution-Focused & Data-Driven: Ability to turn insights into tangible business impact while managing multiple priorities.

Salary
N350,000 - N450,000 / Month.
