Mission
Oversee sales targets and strategies, maintain and expand the account base, achieve sales objectives, and enhance revenue and market share through excellent customer service and relationship management.
Act as the liaison between customers and internal teams, assist in creating customer value propositions, support business case analysis and financial modelling, and provide project planning and delivery support for MVNO (Mobile Virtual Network Operators) projects
Description
Contribute to long-term forecasts and predictions (2-3 years) by analyzing trends and performing industry competitor analyses to highlight areas of the business that may be developed further.
Provide input into operational planning to ensure revenue growth within the portfolio.
Enhance processes, systems, and support in line with changing work practices.
Deliver innovative solutions and service excellence to ensure effective services for the wholesale sector in an ever-changing environment.
Maintain a thorough knowledge of commercial terms of agreements and manage and grow commercial relationships within the assigned portfolio of accounts.
Implement effective methods and standards to provide a holistic key account management interface with the assigned national account portfolio.
Coordinate with different areas of the company for financials, procurement, implementation, and monitoring of MVNO (Mobile Virtual Network Operators) deals and contracts.
Collect and collate competitor information, generate insights, and provide feedback and recommendations to stakeholders.
Identify the viability, sustainability, and financial performance of accounts in the assigned portfolio, and provide recommendations and implement corrective actions as appropriate.
Develop and drive the execution of agreed projects.
Fulfill commercial relationship obligations within the allocated portfolio of accounts after commercial agreements are concluded.
Mediate the resolution of escalated queries within the assigned portfolio of accounts.
Drive the implementation, tracking, monitoring, and compliance of projects.
Analyze industry prospects and gather information about growth, competition, and market dynamics to assist national roaming decision-making.
Drive relationships with internal and external stakeholders to deliver bottom-line results.
Requirements
Education:
First degree in a quantitative field (Mathematics, Statistics, Accounting, Physics, Engineering, Economics) or any related discipline
Formal Project Management certification or training would be an advantage
Fluent in EnglisH
Experience:
6 - 13 years’ experience which includes:
Experience in the telecom industry
Project Management experience
Strong analytical and quantitative skills.
High Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint Usage and other spreadsheet software.
