Be the HSE representative of Siemens on a day-to-day basis vis-à-vis the customer and its representatives, administrations and Companies,
Achieve Siemens Energy's Zero Harm objectives by implementing a true HSE culture on the construction site to which all stakeholders adhere.
Master the contractual and documentary aspects relating to safety and the environment within the framework of the legal and contractual context,
Supervise and participate in the development of the employees under his/her responsibility,
Manage the HSE aspects of the various On-Site Companies
How You’ll Make an Impact
Deliverables:
Read and implement all aspects of customer and Siemens Energy EHS documentation.
Preparation of periodic reports, for the customer and for SIEMENS ENERGY
HSE Statistics Tracking
EHS Plan Update
Updating the Hazardous and Non-Hazardous Waste Management Plan
Emergency Response Plan Update
Updated Contaminated and Potentially Contaminated Land Management Plans (Aspects and impacts environmental)
Update of the Hazardous Materials and Waste Management Plan
Updated Traffic Management Plans in the Vicinity of the Work
Monitoring of the implementation of the actions and measures defined in the various plans.
Expertise for updating the Environment, Health and Safety documentation of the project
Expertise in the definition of additional action plans in the event of deviations from the required
EHS induction for each visitor and worker
Daily Animation of ¼ hours safety
Daily Training of stakeholders via “HSE Toolboxes”
Daily Safety walks
Carrying out emergency evacuation exercises Quarterly
Management of dangerous products (MSDS, FDI, FLU) & storage
Field audit report – Safety walk
What You Bring
Electrical accreditation to work near energized electrical equipment
Spoken/written language: English
A minimum of 5 years of construction safety management experience, along with relevant experience.
Having a higher degree in EHS or construction with additional EHS training such as NEBOSH or OSHA.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with strong attention to detail.
Knowledge of project management tools (MSP, Office 365, etc.)
Ability to coordinate a project.
Understanding of applicable standards, regulations, and laws
Mediation skills in case of conflicts
Interpersonal skills and good communication
Organization
Goal-oriented, comfortable working in diverse teams, and experienced in managing multiple tasks simultaneously.
