Job Title: Business Development Manager (Healthcare)

Job Summary

• As the Business Development Manager at YYNH, you will lead the expansion of our client base and strategic partnerships in Abuja. 
• Your focus will be on driving growth through collaborations with hospitals, insurers, government agencies, and private clients, ensuring YYNH remains a leader in home healthcare services.

Responsibilities
Market Expansion & Client Acquisition:   

• Identify and target hospitals, clinics, insurance providers (e.g., NHIS), corporate organizations, and government health programs to promote YYNH’s services.  
• Develop tailored strategies to attract families, caregivers, and private clients seeking in-home nursing, palliative care, or chronic disease management.
• Build referral networks with physicians, social workers, and discharge planners in Abuja.

Strategic Partnerships & Contracts:  

• Negotiate and secure contracts with healthcare institutions and insurers to provide YYNH’s services for their patients/employees.
• Collaborate with government agencies to participate in public healthcare initiatives (e.g., NHIS-funded post-hospitalization care).

Sales & Marketing Leadership:  

• Design and execute marketing campaigns (digital, community events, workshops) to promote YYNH’s services, including dementia care, 24/7 live-in support, and post-surgical recovery.  
• Manage the full sales cycle, from lead generation to closing high-value deals.

Client Retention & Satisfaction: 

• Conduct regular client check-ins to ensure service quality and resolve issues promptly.  
• Implement loyalty programs (e.g., referral rewards) to retain long-term clients.

Regulatory Compliance & Industry Expertise:   

• Ensure all partnerships and services comply with Nigerian healthcare regulations (e.g., NHIS standards, patient confidentiality).  
• Stay updated on trends like telehealth integration and aging population needs.

Collaboration & Reporting:  

• Work closely with YYNH’s Operations Manager to align staffing and resources with client demands.
• Track KPIs (e.g., monthly client acquisition, revenue growth, retention rates) and report progress to the YYNH Group Head.
