Job Title: Executive Assistant

About the Role

• We are looking for a proactive, organized, and tech-savvy Executive Assistant to support the day-to-day operations of a busy executive while also managing marketing communications and social media presence (both company and personal brand). 
• This is a dynamic role for someone who enjoys variety, takes initiative, and thrives in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities
Executive Support:

• Manage calendar, schedule appointments, and coordinate meetings.
• Prepare meeting agendas, presentations, and follow-up notes.
• Handle confidential information with discretion.
• Assist with travel planning and logistics.
• Provide administrative support for projects and events.

Marketing Communications:

• Draft and send email newsletters, press releases, and internal communication.
• Coordinate with design and content teams to produce marketing materials.
• Support branding efforts and ensure consistency across platforms.
• Track campaign performance and generate simple reports.

Social Media Management:

• Manage and grow the company’s social media platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram, etc.).
• Handle the executive’s personal/professional social media pages,including content scheduling and community engagement.
• Create or oversee the creation of engaging posts, reels, and stories.
• Monitor trends and suggest content ideas aligned with the brand’s voice.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Communications, Marketing, Business, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in a similar role (Added Advantage• Strong writing and communication skills.
• Proficiency in Canva, Capcut, scheduling tools (e.g. Buffer, Later), Google Workspace or Microsoft Office.
• Experience with social media management and basic analytics.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and discreet Bonus Points.
• Experience working directly with senior executives.
• Interest in branding and storytelling.
• Familiarity with email marketing platforms (e.g. Mailchimp, ConvertKit, Zoho).
