Job Summary

• We are currently seeking a HR Admin Officerto join our team and support our growing workforce.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in the recruitment and onboarding process, including job postings, CV screening, and interview coordination.
• Maintain and update employee records, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
• Manage HR-related documentation such as contracts, policies, and compliance records.
• Support payroll processing by maintaining attendance and leave records.
• Assist with employee relations, including handling inquiries and resolving workplace issues.
• Coordinate training and development programs for staff.
• Ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies, and best HR practices.
• Organize and support HR-related events and staff engagement activities.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree / HND in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• Proven experience in HR administration or a similar role.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and HR software.
• Knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism.
• Passion for the fashion industry is a plus!
