Job Title: Content & Broadcast Manager

Location: Gwarimpa, Abuja (FCT)
Employment Type: Full-time (Hybrid / Remote options available)

Job Summary

• We're seeking a highly creative, organized, and media-savvy Content & Broadcast Media Manager to lead and elevate our digital content strategy across platforms.

Key Responsibilities
Content Development & Strategy:

• Lead the planning, creation, and execution of high-quality visual, written, and video content for all Soft Nigeria platforms.
• Develop and manage a consistent content calendar across social media, YouTube, blog, and other digital channels.
• Align all content with brand voice, target audience interests, and current trends in luxury, lifestyle, and pop culture.

Broadcast & Multimedia Production:

• Oversee the production of video content including interviews, lifestyle features, event coverage, and digital shows.
• Coordinate shoots, scripts, editing, and post-production for content intended for broadcast on YouTube, Instagram Reels, TikTok, and other platforms.
• Ensure broadcast content meets editorial and production quality standards.

Social Media Management:

• Manage and grow all Soft Nigeria social media accounts through curated content, timely posting, and strategic engagement.
• Analyze platform insights to refine content strategies and increase reach, impressions, and engagement.
• Collaborate with influencers, celebrities, and partners to amplify social presence.

Editorial Oversight:

• Supervise content creation for the Soft Nigeria news blog, ensuring factual, engaging, and relevant storytelling.
• Assign stories to writers or freelancers, edit submitted articles, and ensure timely publishing of trending news and original features.

Team Collaboration & Leadership:

• Work closely with the graphics, editorial, and social teams to maintain a cohesive digital brand experience.
• Manage content contributors, videographers, editors, and freelancers, ensuring timely and high-quality output.
• Report to senior leadership with regular updates on content performance, campaign success, and growth initiatives.

Requirements

• Proven experience (3+ years) in media production, content management, or digital broadcasting.
• Strong understanding of digital trends, social media algorithms, and audience behavior in Nigeria and globally.
• Proficiency in video production tools, editing software, and content planning platforms.
• Exceptional writing, editing, and storytelling skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines.
• Passion for luxury lifestyle, culture, entertainment, and storytelling.
