Job Description

• We are seeking an experienced Human Resource Officer to join our team. 
• Successful candidate will be responsible for supporting HR-related functions, including recruitment, employee engagement, and benefits administration.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the recruitment process, including job postings, interviews, and onboarding
• Coordinate employee training and development programs
• Administer employee benefits, including health insurance and pension plans
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records
• Provide support for employee relations, including conflict resolution and disciplinary actions
• Develop and implement HR policies and procedures
• Collaborate with management to develop and implement strategic HR initiatives

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Industrial Relations, or related field
• At least 2 years of experience in HR or a related field
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
• Experience in manufacturing industry is an added advantage.

Salary
N150,000 monthly.
