Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Operations/HR Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations and human resource functions for our clientcasual dining restaurant.
This role combines hands-on operational management with strategic HR responsibilities to ensure a smooth, efficient, and customer-focused dining experience.
The ideal candidate is highly organized, people-oriented, and passionate about creating a positive team culture while maintaining high standards in service delivery, food safety, and compliance.
Key Responsibilities
Operations:
Manage daily restaurant activities to ensure seamless operations and guest satisfaction.
Supervise kitchen and floor staff to maintain quality control, service speed, and cleanliness.
Oversee inventory management, procurement, and vendor relationships.
Monitor health, safety, and hygiene standards in line with regulatory requirements.
Resolve customer issues and complaints promptly and professionally.
Analyze sales reports and operational data to identify areas for improvement.
Human Resources:
Lead recruitment, onboarding, and training of restaurant staff.
Develop shift schedules, manage attendance, and ensure adequate staffing levels.
Implement performance review systems and support staff development.
Promote a positive and productive work environment through team engagement.
Handle employee relations, conflict resolution, and disciplinary procedures.
Ensure compliance with labor laws and internal HR policies.
Requirements
Minimum of a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Hospitality, HR, or related field.
Proven experience in restaurant operations and human resources management.
Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced hospitality environment.
Knowledge of food safety standards and labor regulations.
Proficiency in restaurant management software and Microsoft Office.
