This medical laboratory is designed and built to the standards of the World Health Organization. The main laboratory is equipped with the most modern and technology driven such as; Haematology Analyzer, Electrolyte Analyzer, Auto Chemistry Analyzer. Immunoassay Analyzer which qualify us to rest test in; Haematology, Pathology, Serology, Hispathology, Immunoassay, Microbiology. Other extra equipment includes the E. C. G Machine that elicits disorder of the brain. An ECG Machine equipped with ergo metric bike with all parameters in place to detail heart function both at rest and after exercise.

Your work will help drive patient acquisition, strengthen our brand presence, and build meaningful relationships with local partners and potential clients.
The marketer’s core focus will be on executing field-based campaigns, identifying partnership opportunities, and serving as a brand ambassador in the community.
Job Description
The primary goal of the Field Marketer is to enhance the healthcare center’s reach and reputation by implementing effective field marketing initiatives.
This role demands a strong understanding of the local healthcare landscape, the ability to connect with diverse audiences, and a passion for promoting wellness services within the community.
Duties and Responsibilities
Field Marketer:
Develop and execute local field marketing strategies to attract new patients and retain existing ones.
Organize and participate in community outreach events, health fairs, seminars, and wellness initiatives to promote the center's services.
Build and nurture relationships with local businesses, schools, religious organizations, and other community groups.
Collaborate with the internal marketing and medical teams to ensure cohesive branding and messaging across all campaigns.
Distribute marketing materials and ensure proper brand representation at all partner locations and events.
Monitor and report on the effectiveness of field activities, including patient engagement and lead conversion metrics.
Stay informed about local healthcare trends and competitor activity to adjust strategies accordingly.
Serve as a liaison between the center and the community to gather feedback and identify service improvement opportunities.
Qualifications / Requirements
Minimum of a Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
Minimum of 1 year of experience in field marketing, community outreach, or a similar role—preferably within the healthcare or wellness industry.
Proven ability to engage with diverse populations and build long-term relationships.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written.
Self-motivated, organized, and capable of working independently in the field.
Strong understanding of healthcare services and patient engagement strategies is an advantage.
Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel locally on a regular basis.
Proficiency in digital tools (CRM, Microsoft Office Suite, etc.) and social media platforms for event promotion and tracking.
Salary
N120,000 monthly.
