We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Sales Coordinator 

Location: Eliozu - Port Harcourt, Rivers
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Summary

  • The Sales Coordinator plays a crucial administrative and support role within our sales team. 
  • This position is responsible for ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of the sales process, providing essential support to our sales agents, and contributing to the overall success of the sales department. 
  • The ideal candidate will be highly organized, detail-oriented, possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and be proficient in administrative tasks. Experience in the real estate industry is a significant advantage.

Responsibilities

  • Sales Administration and Support: Provide comprehensive administrative support to the sales team, including managing calendars, scheduling appointments, and organizing meetings.
  • Prepare and process sales-related documents, such as property listings, brochures, sales agreements, and closing documents, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
  • Maintain and update the company's property database and CRM system with accurate and up-to-date information.
  • Assist in the preparation of sales presentations, reports, and proposals.
  • Manage and organize marketing materials and ensure their availability to the sales team.
  • Handle incoming inquiries from potential clients via phone, email, and in person, directing them to the appropriate sales agent.
  • Coordinate property viewings and open houses, including scheduling, confirmations, and follow-ups.
  • Assist with the coordination of property inspections and valuations.
  • Manage office supplies and ensure the sales office is well-organized.
  • Client Relationship Management: Act as a point of contact for clients, providing excellent customer service and addressing their inquiries promptly and professionally.
  • Assist sales agents in maintaining strong client relationships through regular communication and follow-ups.
  • Help in resolving client issues and escalating complex matters to the appropriate sales agent or manager.
  • Coordination and Communication: Liaise effectively with internal departments, such as marketing, legal, and property management, to ensure seamless sales processes.
  • Communicate effectively with external stakeholders, including clients, lawyers, surveyors, and other relevant parties.
  • Maintain clear and accurate records of all sales activities and communications.
  • Market Awareness: Assist in gathering basic market information and competitor analysis relevant to the Onitsha real estate market.
  • Stay informed about local property trends and developments in Onitsha.
  • Compliance and Documentation: Ensure all sales activities and documentation comply with relevant real estate regulations and company policies in Nigeria.
  • Assist in maintaining accurate records of all transactions and ensure proper documentation is in place.
  • Other Duties: Undertake any other duties as reasonably requested by the Sales Manager or senior management.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field. A Higher National Diploma (HND) with relevant experience may also be considered.
  • Minimum of 3 years experience in sales role, preferably within the real estate industry.
  • Strong understanding of basic sales principles and processes.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Experience with CRM software or property management systems is highly desirable.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English. Fluency in Igbo is an advantage due to the local context of Onitsha.
  • Strong interpersonal and customer service skills with a professional and positive attitude.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • High level of integrity and confidentiality.
  • Familiarity with the real estate market in Onitsha and Anambra State is a significant advantage.
