Job Title: Virtual Sales Representative

Job Summary

• We  are seeking highly motivated Virtual Sales Representatives to manage and convert inbound leads from direct messages (DMs) on ORIKI Spa and ShopAnoint social media pages.
• This team will play a critical role in achieving targets and driving sales from our aggressive ad campaigns, ensuring quick response times, and delivering excellent customer service to maximize conversions.

Responsibilities

• Engage & Convert Leads: Respond to DMs promptly, answer product/service inquiries, and guide potential customers through the purchasing process.
• Follow-Up & Close Sales: Proactively follow up with potential customers to close sales and ensure smooth transactions.
• Customer Relationship Management: Build rapport with customers, personalize recommendations, and track interactions using a CRM or reporting system.
• Upselling & Cross-Selling: Identify opportunities to upsell spa packages, memberships, and additional haircare products.
• Performance Tracking: Meet daily and weekly sales targets and document customer interactions for reporting.
• Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing and operations team to align messaging and promotional efforts.
• Problem Resolution: Address customer concerns, process basic order support, and escalate complex issues when necessary.
• Stay Updated: Keep up with ORIKI's latest promotions, product offerings, and customer engagement strategies.

Experience

• Candidates should possess an OND / HND / B.Sc Degree
• 1+ years of sales or customer service experience, preferably in e-commerce, beauty, or wellness.
• Experience working with and achieving sales targets.
• Excellent written communication skills with a persuasive sales approach.
• Experience handling high DM volumes and closing sales online.
• Strong knowledge of Instagram, Facebook, and WhatsApp sales strategies.
• Highly organized with attention to detail and follow-up discipline.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-energy environment.

Salary
N200,000 monthly plus Commissions.
