Job Title: Human Resources Manager

Location: Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Responsibilities

• Monitor and improve HR strategies, systems, and procedures in line with business goals.
• Ensure compliance with labour laws and regulatory standards.
• Oversee the full-cycle recruitment process, including senior-level recruitment.
• Coordinate recruitment in line with internal policies and procedures.
• Ensure timely and accurate payroll documentation and reporting.
• Provide training on goal-setting and support managers in performance reviews.
• Serve as the main point of HR knowledge for employee and management inquiries.
• Lead internal communications, employee engagement and team-building initiatives.
• Prepare and deliver accurate monthly HR reports.
• Develop and implement staff care strategies and well-being programs.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field.
• 4 - 6 years of progressive HR experience, with at least 1 years in a managerial role.
• Strong knowledge of labour law and HR best practices.
• Must have union experience
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Strategic thinker with hands-on experience in HR operations.
