Job Title: Assistant General Manager (GM), Facilities and Maintenance Engineering

Job Description
The ideal candidate must have a good knowledge of facilities' practices and principles in piping, process and facility engineering in an E&P company.
He must also have detailed understanding and competent in conceptual design, feasibility Pre FEED, FEED and detailed engineering design, including but not limited to the development/review of PFDs & P&IDs, facility revamps, optimization, debottlenecking of Crude Oil Processing Platforms/Flowstation, and Crude Oil Stabilization System.
Requirements
Minimum of a Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering or other relevant Engineering Degree (Petroleum / Chemical).
A Master's Degree in Engineering will be an added advantage.
A minimum of fifteen (15) years of relevant experience in an E&P company with a track record of engineering design and operations of oil & Gas facilities.
Coordinate and monitor the design and development of production facilities, on/off shore from conception through implementation, including wellheads, flowlines, pipelines, oil/water/gas separation, conditioning and processing facilities.
Technical evaluation of quotations, project schedules and participate in the commercial evaluation of projects and repair works.
Coordinate Facilities and Maintenance Engineers in ensuring in ensuring that all facilities and maintenance regulatory functions to government agencies and other regulators are carried out effectively and timely.
Provide leadership for trouble shooting of the process plant problems and suggesting feasible short term and long-term solution to problems.
Provide professional advice and guideline for the modification and review of scope of work procedures and project execution plan in line with relevant specification and industry codes for job safety analysis.
Coordinate and manage engineering designs and installations of repair works on company projects.
Coordinate maintenance support to the production platform field teams for crude production and injection sustenance.
Liaise with Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEM) for equipment technical supports and spares provision and supply.
Liaise with 3rd party contractors/vendors to ensure that various inspections and maintenance activities are carried out in accordance with the stipulated industry standards.
Review and routine monitor preventive maintenance schedule for all Company's platforms and flow stations.
Must have strong technical knowledge of Preventive and Predictive Maintenance.
Must have in-depth knowledge of Rotating Equipment, Wellhead Operations, & Maintenance operations.
Must be ready to work under pressure.
Must be proficient with the use of MS Office suite - Excel/PowerPoint/Word/Project.
Must have a good understanding of Lease Automatic Custody Transfer (LACT) Unit operations.
Must be able to communicate effectively with all levels of Management and contractors.
Must be result-oriented and committed to company goals.
