Job Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and highly organized professional to serve as an Executive Assistant and Social Media Manager.
This dual-role position requires an individual who can effectively support executive-level operations while also managing the organization’s social media presence to drive engagement and brand visibility.
Key Responsibilities
Executive Assistant Duties:
Administrative Support: Provide high-level administrative assistance to the executive, including managing schedules, coordinating meetings, and preparing documents.
Calendar Management: Organize and maintain the executive’s calendar, ensuring efficient time management and prioritization of tasks.
Communication: Act as the first point of contact for the executive, managing emails, calls, and correspondence with professionalism and discretion.
Travel Coordination: Arrange travel itineraries, accommodations, and logistics for the executive and team as needed.
Document Preparation: Draft reports, presentations, and other materials for meetings or external engagements.
Event Coordination: Assist in planning and organizing company events, conferences, and team activities.
Confidentiality: Handle sensitive information with the utmost confidentiality and discretion.
Social Media Management Duties:
Content Creation: Develop, curate, and schedule engaging content for the company’s social media platforms (e.g., LinkedIn, Instagram, Twitter, Facebook).
Brand Voice: Maintain a consistent brand voice and messaging across all channels.
Community Engagement: Monitor and respond to comments, messages, and interactions to foster a positive online presence.
Analytics and Reporting: Track key performance metrics (KPIs) to assess campaign success and provide regular reports to the executive team.
Trend Analysis: Stay updated on social media trends, tools, and best practices to enhance the company’s online visibility.
Collaboration: Work closely with marketing and communications teams to align social media efforts with broader marketing strategies.
Qualifications and Skills
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
Experience: Proven experience as an Executive Assistant, Social Media Manager, or similar role.
Technical Skills:
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace.
Familiarity with social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer, Sprout Social).
Knowledge of graphic design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Suite) is a plus.
Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Organization: Strong multitasking and time-management abilities.
Creativity: Ability to develop innovative content and campaigns.
Problem-Solving: Adept at handling challenges with a proactive and solutions-oriented mindset.
Confidentiality: Demonstrated ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.
Flexibility: Willingness to adapt to changing priorities and work in a fast-paced environment.

Salary
N75,000 - N100,000 Monthly.
