Job Title: Graduate Trainee - Videographer / Video Editor

Role Overview

• We are looking for interns for Videographer & Video Editor to produce high-quality video content for YouTube, Instagram, and TikTok. 
• This role requires both filming and editing expertise, with a significant amount of off-site shooting at construction sites, real estate properties, and architectural spaces, as well as studio-based productions.
• The ideal candidate should have a strong eye for cinematography, lighting, and framing, along with advanced video editing skills for creating engaging content. 
• They must also be highly organized, ensuring smooth file management, equipment maintenance, and content workflow.

Key Responsibilities
Filming & Equipment Management:

• Assist in film high-quality videos on-site (construction sites, real estate developments, architectural spaces) and in the studio.
• Assist in Operating professional cameras, gimbals, microphones, and lighting to capture crisp, high-quality visuals.
• Ensure proper lighting, composition, and smooth motion in all footage.
• Maintain and organize all video equipment—clean cameras, charge batteries, and ensure all gear is in top condition.

Editing & Post-Production:

• Assist in editing engaging short-form and long-form videos optimized for YouTube, Instagram, and TikTok.
• Work with the Content Strategist to refine video structure and storytelling.
• Optimize videos for different platforms, ensuring high engagement and visibility.

File Management & Workflow Optimization:

• Organize and manage all video files systematically, ensuring easy retrieval.
• Label, back up, and structure footage for efficient collaboration with the team.
• Track and manage content production timelines using Trello or other project management tools.

Requirements

• An idea of videography and cinematography skills—experience with cameras, gimbals, and lighting setups.
• Basic knowledge in video editing skills—proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or DaVinci Resolve.
• Ability to shoot in different environments, including construction sites and real estate properties.
• Experience with motion graphics, text overlays, and color grading.
• Highly organized—must keep equipment in top condition and manage video files efficiently.
• Must be comfortable working both on-site and off-site.
