Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Recruiter / Onsite Supervisorto support our recruitment efforts for various FMCG sales roles.
The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying, attracting, and hiring top-tier candidates for positions, including Van Sales Representatives, Driver Sales Representatives, In-store Sales Representatives, Sales Executives, and Bike Sales Representatives.
The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the FMCG industry, excellent sourcing skills, and the ability to screen candidates for these sales-specific roles.
Key Responsibilities
Recruitment & Sourcing:
Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for FMCG sales roles, including Van Sales Representatives, Driver Sales Representatives, In-store Sales Representatives, Sales Executives, and Bike Sales Representatives.
Develop and execute effective sourcing strategies to identify and attract high-quality candidates for sales positions.
Utilize various platforms (job boards, social media, networking, recruitment agencies) to source candidates.
Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements and tailor recruitment strategies accordingly.
Track weekly and monthly entry and exit reports, providing insights on recruitment performance.
Candidate Screening & Selection:
Conduct thorough phone and in-person interviews to assess candidates’ skills, experience, and cultural fit.
Screen resumes, applications, and portfolios to shortlist potential candidates.
Administer relevant assessments or skill tests to evaluate candidates' technical and sales capabilities.
Provide recommendations to hiring managers on top candidates and assist in scheduling interviews.
Candidate Experience:
Maintain clear and timely communication with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
Ensure a positive and professional candidate experience by providing feedback and timely updates.
Act as a brand ambassador, ensuring candidates understand the company’s values, culture, and mission.
Job Posting & Advertising:
Write clear, compelling, and engaging job descriptions for various sales roles.
Post job openings on relevant job boards, social media platforms, and internal channels.
Update and maintain job postings to ensure they reflect current company needs and attract the best-qualified candidates.
Collaboration with Hiring Managers:
Work closely with hiring managers to understand the specifics of each role and the desired candidate profiles.
Provide regular updates on open positions, candidate pipelines, and interview schedules.
Streamline the hiring process by ensuring alignment between hiring managers and recruitment teams.
Market Research:
Stay up-to-date with market trends, hiring practices, and competitor activities in the FMCG sector.
Provide valuable insights and recommendations to enhance recruitment strategies and improve overall hiring efficiency.
Conduct weekly market visits to gather insights and build relationships with potential candidates.
Onboarding Support:
Assist with the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring they are well-integrated into the company and their respective roles.
Qualifications
Education: OND, HND, or equivalent.
Experience: Experience in recruiting for FMCG sales roles, with a focus on Van Sales Representatives, Driver Sales Representatives, In-store Sales Representatives, Sales Executives, and Bike Sales Representatives.
Industry Knowledge: Strong understanding of the FMCG industry, including sales operations and market dynamics.
Recruitment Skills: Proven experience in sourcing, interviewing, and selecting candidates for sales-focused roles.
Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to build relationships with candidates and hiring managers.
Detail-Oriented: Excellent attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple recruitment processes simultaneously.
Negotiation Skills: Strong negotiation skills, with the ability to offer competitive packages and manage candidate expectations.
