Job Title: Digital Marketing Manager

About the Role
We are seeking a creative and data-driven Digital Marketing Manager to lead our online marketing efforts, grow our digital presence, and drive online sales.
This role requires a deep understanding of fashion retail, e-commerce, and digital marketing strategies to engage our target audience and boost brand visibility.
Key Responsibilities
Digital Strategy & Brand Growth:
Develop and execute a comprehensive digital marketing strategy to drive brand awareness, customer engagement, and online sales.
Manage and grow the brand’s social media presence across Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and other key platforms.
Plan and oversee content marketing strategies, including blogs, email campaigns, and influencer partnerships.
Monitor industry trends and competitors to ensure innovative and effective digital marketing initiatives.
E-commerce & Performance Marketing:
Drive traffic and sales through SEO, PPC (Google Ads, Facebook Ads), and paid social media campaigns.
Optimize the e-commerce website for conversion, improving user experience, product placement, and navigation.
Develop and manage email marketing campaigns to enhance customer retention and engagement.
Analyze and improve online customer journeys to maximize revenue and minimize drop-offs.
Social Media & Influencer Marketing:
Build and execute influencer and affiliate marketing strategies to expand brand reach.
Collaborate with influencers, fashion bloggers, and content creators to showcase products effectively.
Oversee social media content, ensuring brand consistency and high engagement.
Analytics & Performance Tracking:
Track and report on key digital marketing KPIs, including website traffic, conversion rates, ROAS, and social media growth.
Utilize data analytics tools (Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, etc.) to refine strategies and maximize performance.
Conduct A/B testing on campaigns and landing pages to improve results.
People Management & Leadership:
Lead, mentor, and manage a digital marketing team, fostering a culture of creativity, collaboration, and high performance.
Provide clear KPIs, performance reviews, and professional development plans for team members.
Work cross-functionally with the Buying, Sales, and Creative teams to align marketing strategies with business goals.
Manage agency partnerships and freelancers, ensuring deliverables meet brand standards.
Key Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree in marketing, Digital Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
3-5+ years of experience in digital marketing, preferably in fashion retail or e-commerce.
Strong knowledge of SEO, SEM, PPC, and paid social advertising.
Hands-on experience with Google Analytics, Meta Ads, Klaviyo, Shopify, Marsello and other e-commerce tools.
Proficiency in content creation, social media management, and influencer marketing.
Data-driven mindset with strong analytical skills.
Creative and strategic thinker with a passion for fashion and digital trends.
