Role Summary

• This internship opportunity is a paid one, designed for aspiring digital creatives and e-commerce enthusiasts who are eager to gain practical experience in a fast-growing digital agency.
• As a Digital Intern, you’ll work closely with our Digital Marketing Assistant and other team members to support design, content creation, product uploads, and marketplace management.

• Timely updates of product listings and e-commerce tasks

• A clear growth in your digital skill set by the end of the internship
• This role is essential to our creative and execution process, contributing directly to how we present our clients’ brands online.

Responsibilities

• Create, edit, and optimize visual content for social media, websites, and online stores
• Prepare product images for marketplace uploads (e.g., resizing, formatting, naming)
• Assist with managing product listings across various e-commerce platforms
• Collaborate with the Digital Marketing Assistant on client campaigns and scheduled tasks
• Organize digital assets and maintain a shared workspace for creative resources
• Participate in brainstorming sessions and internal strategy meetings
• Stay updated on digital trends and suggest ways to improve design

Qualifications

• Basic design skills (experience with Canva, Corel Draw, Figma, or Adobe tools is an advantage)
• Interest or experience in e-commerce platforms (e.g., Shopify, WooCommerce, Jumia, Jiji, Konga)
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple tasks with attention to detail
• Team-oriented mindset with a strong willingness to learn
• Currently enrolled in, or recently completed, a course or degree in a relevant field (e.g., design, digital marketing, communications, or IT)
