Job Title: Shortlet Facility Commercial Manager

Location: Agodi, Ibadan, Oyo
Employment Type: Part-time

Responsibilities

• Developing and implementing revenue and pricing strategies to maximize sales and occupancy rates.
• Developing and implementing a Social Media strategy to attract guests and increase bookings.
• Ensuring profitability of the facility.
• Developing and implementing an “offline” Customer Acquisition Strategy among the core target segment of “Business Travelers” of the facility to attract guests and increase bookings.
• Monitor and manage the property's listing on the primary and any secondary booking platforms and update availability.
• End-to-end management of the customer engagement process including responding to inquiries, booking sales, resolving complaints, receiving feedback, etc across a variety of communication channels both promptly and professionally.
• Close coordination with the Facility Management team to ensure a smooth and satisfactory check in, stay, and check out for guests.
• Preparation of weekly and monthly reports on occupancy, guest feedback and financial performance.
• Analyzing data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards, local regulations, and State and Federal law.

Requirements

• B.Sc in a relevant discipline.
• A minimum of 2 years of experience in shortlet facility or similar hospitality commercial operations, with acceptable references and a strong understanding of the hospitality industry.
• Proficiency in booking platforms and similar software.
• Proficiency in using social media for marketing and communication. Platforms of interest include Instagram, X (formerly Twitter), Tik Tok, and WhatsApp.
• Proven experience in hospitality sales and marketing, customer engagement management, and financial analysis.
• Strong customer service skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Outstanding organizational and time-management abilities
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Problem-solving and decision-making aptitude
• Proficient in MS Office Suite.

Salary
N150,000 Monthly.
