Job Title: Technology Program Manager

Location: Lekki, Lagos

Job Summary

• We are seeking a Technology Program Manager with at least 3 years of experience to oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of technology initiatives. 
• The ideal candidate will have a strong background in program and project management, technology strategy, and cross-functional collaboration, with a plus for experience in Product Design. 
• This role requires a strategic thinker with hands-on technical knowledge, capable of driving innovation and efficiency within an agile environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Program & Project Management: Oversee multiple technology programs, ensuring timely delivery within scope, budget, and quality standards.
• Product & Technology Strategy: Collaborate with product, engineering, and business teams to align technology initiatives with company goals.
• Stakeholder Management: Work closely with internal and external stakeholders, including executive leadership, to proactively communicate project updates and address risks.
• Agile & Process Improvement: Implement and optimize Agile/Scrum methodologies to drive execution excellence.
• Product Design Collaboration: Partner with Product Designers to ensure seamless integration of user experience and interface design principles in technology solutions.
• Risk & Compliance: Identify potential risks in projects and implement mitigation strategies to ensure compliance with security, regulatory, and industry best practices.
• Data-Driven Decision Making: Use KPIs, metrics, and reporting tools to evaluate program effectiveness and drive continuous improvement.

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in technology program management, software testing, or product management.
• Strong understanding of Agile, Scrum, and Kanban methodologies.
• Experience managing end-to-end technology projects, from ideation to deployment.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• Proficiency in project management tools (JIRA, Trello, Asana, Monday.com, etc.)

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in Product Design (UI/UX design principles, wireframing, prototyping tools like Figma or Adobe XD).
• Background in software engineering/testing, cloud technologies, or SaaS platforms.
• Certification in PMP, CSM, or SAFe Agile.
• Experience in E-Procurement, Supply Chain Tech, or Enterprise SaaS solutions.
