Job Title: Dispatch Rider

Location: Ikeja, Lagos

Job Description

• We are looking for responsible and efficient Dispatch Riders to handle the timely and safe delivery of packages to our customers. This is a unique opportunity to not only earn a stable income but also to own your own motorcycle after two years of dedicated service.

Responsibilities

• Collect and deliver packages promptly and accurately.
• Plan and follow the most efficient routes to ensure timely deliveries.
• Maintain accurate delivery records and obtain necessary signatures.
• Ensure the safe handling and transportation of packages.
• Maintain the motorcycle in good working condition.
• Adhere to all traffic laws and safety regulations.
• Provide excellent customer service.
• Communicate effectively with dispatch and customers.

Requirements

• Candidates should possess an SSCE / GCE / NECO.
• Proven experience as a Dispatch Rider (Island route knowledge preferred).
• Valid motorcycle license and a clean driving record.
• Excellent knowledge of the local area and routes.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Reliable, punctual, and responsible.
• Good physical condition and ability to handle varying weather conditions.
• Smart phone with data plan for navigation and communication.

Ride-to-Own Plan:

• This is a unique employment opportunity where you will work as a dispatch rider and simultaneously participate in a ride-to-own plan.
• After two years of consistent and satisfactory performance, you will own the motorcycle provided by the company.
• Specific terms and conditions of the ride-to-own plan will be provided during the interview process.
